Recruits are given some of virtual reality goggles to see a brief video that takes them on a tour of the Melbourne office before beginning.
MYOB head of folks Alla Keogh said the fight for talent in the technology sector was furious and the introduction procedure was a “huge chance” to make an enduring impression.
She said it appeared logical that the technology driven business, which recruited 300 people annually, should use such tools.
Ms Keogh cut the time it took to be productive, said the correct kind of induction reduced pressure and increased job knowledge.
